Tap your feet along to some smooth jazz tunes as you sip a gin cocktail at the next Gin and Jazz evening taking place at Sunderland’s National Glass Centre. The light and airy Brasserie at the centre is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy live jazz.
As soon as you arrive, you’ll be handed a cocktail before indulging in a decadent three-course, gin-themed (of course) meal beginning with gin and dill cured salmon served with capers, lemon, creme fraiche and sloe gin sourdough, followed by chicken stuffed with herb mousseline and tarragon jus served with red wine braised shallots, gratin potatoes and stockpot vegetables and rounded off with a lemon tart with gin and tonic ice cream.
We’re offering readers the opportunity to get involved with the next Gin and Jazz evening taking place at the National Glass Centre (28th August), with a meal for two up for grabs.
Booking is essential. Apart from arrival drinks, drinks are not included in offer and must be paid for.
