Hello,
Sorry for the new thread.. you have probably read this scenario millions of times!
I had visited a KFC store on 11/06/2015 and had parked there. I was in the store the whole time as a customer but I wasn't aware of the 90 minutes free parking.
On the 22/07/15 when I came back from work, I found a letter saying this is my final reminder to pay a sum off £100!! within the next 14 days. It had also said I missed the notice where a lower fee would've been payable.
However, I have never received the first notice about this Parking Charge Notice or even the second one so I am unsure of how to go about this. I am unable to know the exact time I spent in KFC as it does not say on the final reminder. All it tells me is my car details and how to pay. No images are attached either.
What do I do???
