I have been building HTPC systems for some time , I actually use an intel nuc i3 ,
having decided to go down the route of building a Mini ITx system , I have been on the lookout for a good board.
spotted one on ebay , also on amazon , ebay one was located about 2 miles from me , and I set to "haggling"
amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/ASRock-Z97M-ITX-AC-ac-Motherbord/dp/B00M0QY2H4/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1437688826&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=ASRock+Z97M-ITX%2FAC+LGA1150%2F+Intel+Z97%2F+DDR3%2F+SATA3%26USB3.0%2F+WiFi%2F+A%26GbE%2F+Mini-ITX+Motherboard
ebay : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181810385219
actually got it for £55 !!!!!
decided to stick it in my PC case to test it out , I had done a clone of my SSD a few days ago , so did a reinstall
WOW !!! lot faster than a asus h81 , the WIFI , is brilliant!
but I will pick up a ITX case and PSU next week ,,

I was looking at one of those to do a Hackintosh project. Either that or a NUC. Just needs to fit in a desk with little real estate.0

well the object of the HTPC is to fit it in a case like this https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Silverstone+PT13B+Petit+Mini+ITX+Case&rlz=1T4GUEA_enGB650&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0CD0QsARqFQoTCMiH7qeY8sYCFfIU2wodo_cHSQ&biw=1409&bih=923, however you then hit a power supply problem
you then need a "pico" psu , like this http://linitx.com/product/minibox-12v-150w-picopsu150xt/12383?gclid=CjwKEAjwocKtBRCf9d_Q5ovcyHASJAAHhJYOYI17V7UnEtX1sM2zJ8QYpwkMMrdVJS6KaI6-35kKbxoCloLw_wcB
then either a 12v , or 19v "brick" (dependent of pico used) about 4.75 a , about £10 on amazon, you could then run a rather cheap g3220 , and standard DDR3 , this would be about 54w (nuc is 15w) , but it would blow a i3 nuc off0
