Joint Current Account Application!!

Hi,
Just looking for some advice.
Today we have completed a house purchase and the house is now ours. I'm now wanting to setup a joint account in order to pay bills out of etc.
I'm going with Santander 123 current account, I'm wondering whether I should put my current address down on my new address that I've got today. Just worried incase that if they check the electoral role or credit reference agencies they'll see my old address which might hinder the application. Also not sure whether to put down I do own the house, as I do now but surely records won't have been updated etc.
Little unsure on what to do.
Thank you

Either use the current address and change it later or wait.0

If you make an application today in the new address, Santander will require you to state any previous addresses for the past 3 years.
If I were you I'd set up this new account in the address that you're at currently. Change it to the new address on or about the day that you actually move.0 -
Thanks for the advice both. Set it up yesterday and already had confirmation that it has been approved and cards being sent out etc.
Will just change address next week through the online banking0
