I have been offered a 30 month balance transfer from halifax....

Can i transfer into a. Prepaid currency card ?

The currency card has a 16 digit number on the front....

What's the barrier here ?

So does your debit card. Can you transfer a balance from (money to) it?

Some CCs offer money transfers to a current account, but do this via the account number and the sort code, not the debit card 16 digit number (although in some other countries you can transfer money to a card by its number, without knowing the account details it is linked to).

Keep spending money on some other CC and transferring the balance to the 0% CC while this is allowed.

Yes been doing that for a while....seems almost to good to be true..
Other than the balance transfer fee.....

I'm new to balance transfers but want to apply for a 0% balance transfer card to help clear wedding debt, the details of other credit cards I want to transfer do I just need the 16 digit number on the front of the card or does the application require sort code and account number? I'm struggling to find that for the post office card I want to transfer the balance from.
