I have received a new cheque book today which I didn't request.
I haven't reached the half way point in the cheque book, or the page that says 'when you reach this page, you should have received a new cheque book'.
Why havd I received a new cheque book?

I recieved a new debit card when mine had years left on it.
I rang up the bank, and then they told me the reason - that the chip on my card was being faulty. Fair enough, cheers bank.0
