Can someone let me know please when approximately the form for applying for the WFP 2015-16 is available online?
I know I can ring them up but prefer to apply by post.
Thank you.

Not exactly - a man who was not at his SPA could apply see https://www.gov.uk/winter-fuel-payment/eligibility0 -
A male friend of mine started getting it when he turned 60 but was not able to get his state pension until 650

I just stated claiming it at 62 and a half. It's linked to the Women's retiring age.
@op
the qualifying week is 21/9/2015 to 27/09/2015 inclusive so maybe they will post the form once the qualifying week has passed.
Payments are made in Nov/Dec so you could afford to wait for the form, if it is the case that they are waiting for the qualifying week before putting it on the website.0 -
The form for applying for WFA 2015-16 by post is up on their website now0
