My daughter was given overdraft by lloyds which was more than her wage she was in financial difficulty using advice from MSE I requested all transactions wrote to bank highlighting charges and highlighting were she had tried to pay back using payday loans but could not due to charges of over £80 per month. The bank refunded her £750. She is now debt free
