- This free prize draw is open to all UK residents (excluding the Republic of Ireland) aged 18 or over, except employees and their families of Bloomsbury Publishing, Hardie Grant, Quadrille Publishing, BrewDog, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
- Entries must be received by 1pm on Monday 3rd August, 2015.
- Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
- No responsibility will be accepted by Cooked for any lost or incomplete entries. Participation instructions form part of these terms & conditions.
- Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
- Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
- There is one prize consisting of 1 case of BrewDog beer (24 bottles), to the value of up to £40. The case includes a selection of BrewDog's Headliner beers, which includes the following: 5 x Punk IPA, 5 x Dead Pony Pale Ale, 5 x Five AM Red Ale, 5 x This. Is. Lager, 5 x Vagabond Pale Ale. The winner will also receive a year’s subscription to Cooked.com (the winner will be emailed a code which they can redeem on the site to access this subscription). No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is not transferable. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide alternative similar prizes of equal value. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be randomly drawn from entries which qualify for the draw within 7 days of the closing date and the winner will be notified by email within 15 days of the closing date. Details of how to redeem the prize will be contained within this notification email.
- If the winner does not reply to a winning notification within 28 days, then the promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
- Any breach of the promotion terms & conditions by an entrant will void their entry.
- Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
