After nearly 3 years lloyds have now made an offer and sent me a cheque for £133,this was after them stating that they could not find my papers,this amount is calculated on what basis ? i am awaiting there response

Three years? Someone else posted earlier saying it took theirs two weeks. That's a huge difference isn't it.

My guess though is that unless you have evidence on your PPI you have to accept their offer. You could ask them for a breakdown so you can see in black and white where they have got their figures from.0 -
