Bluetooth not working

Hi All

For some reason my Toshiba laptop won't send/accept any images when I try to from my fone or tablet, despite being 'paired;

Any idea what Im doing wrong please?

    Seventh Anniversary 500 Posts Combo Breaker
    They are paired but are they connected? Also check if they are configured to transfer files.

    How do I check they are connected and set to transfer files please

    Go to setting and click on Bluetooth and it should show you the status. Did you cancel any file transfers by chance?
