Details on 192.com Again

I requested in Jan 2014 that 192.com remove all members of my family from their website and did this via their form sent by Royal Mail Signed For.

Our details were removed at that time, but a week ago I found that our details are back at 192.com :mad::mad:

I've sent them an email asking why we've been listed yet again but no reply. What can I do here? Edited to say we are not on the Open electoral register.

Many thanks for any help!:T

I just checked myself on 192.com and there was my name under "premium details".

I have ALWAYS opted out of the marketing version of the electoral roll, so have demanded to know how they got my details and where from.

Thanks for letting us know about these scumbags, I kept wondering where the telemarketing companies were getting my data from.
Despite being with TPS - which they ignore.

I have not downloaded their form as I have NEVER allowed my name to be on the "edited electoral roll" so they are not allowed to have it, I sent a stroppy e-mail.
    See what effect it has

I moved to my current home in 2006, and have always ticked the "opt out" box, but 192.com still had my details.

Are councils selling our details even if we have opted out ??

192.com also sent me a form in .pdf format to fill in to "get my details removed".
However, it requires a very expensive version of adobe acrobat to be able to edit this form.

However I found an online .pdf editor which lets you upload a .pdf file, fill in the text, then save it to your drive.

I imagine the type of file 192.com send out is designed so you cannot fill it in unless you have the exactly correct program - which is very expensive, so you give up.

You print it out on paper, use a pen to fill it in and send it back by post (or scan it back in and email).
