first let me apolagise if i have put this in the wrong place,
on the 3rd of july i won my case against natwest, they didn't turn up and judgement was passed in my favour of £1034.11.
i later recieved the court order stating that the bank had to of paid me buy last friday (the 10th of august)
i recieved nothing so on monday i asked for an application form to send in the balliffs, this arrived today but i also recieved a letter from the banks solicitor saying that they have requested the judgement to be suspended pending the outcome of an application hearing becaus they consider there to be a real prospect of defending the claim.
all of these documents recieved today were dated the 13th of august, 3 days after the due date for payment! can they still do this or are they too late?
has anyone heard of this happening before?
or is this just scare tactics?
please please help me, i really thought this was all over!!!
