Halifax clarity processing times

I applied online for a Halifax Clarity credit card a fortnight ago now but haven't heard anything yet. The application page says if successful the card should arrive within 7 days. However, I have a niggling doubt that my application might not have been submitted properly - when I pressed the submit button I didn't receive any acknowledgement, it just jumped to the home page. Has anyone else applied for one of these recently and when did you get your card?

Have you called Halifax to ask them?
My guess is that if you haven't had any email or letter, the application hasn't submitted correctly.0 -
I applied for one last week.At the end of the process they confirmed my application was successful and followed it up by an email.
The card arrived within a week.
BTW it was my second application....the first one was refused but from what I gather that is almost par for the course with Halifax and they expect you to reapply after 30 days.0
