Metro brick tiles - straight lines or not?

Hello everyone,
I am getting my bathroom tiled next week and have bought some of those bevelled metro brick style tiles from B&Q.
The trouble is, I can't work out what style I should have them arranged in...should I have a traditional brick pattern or should I simply have them in straight vertical lines? I've seen more examples of the 'brick' style on the internet but in a dolphin catalogue saw them in straight lines...any ideas?
