Mobile phone contract impact on credit score?

I'm a discharged bankrupt and have a contract with vodaphone, have had it for 4 years and never defaulted or paid late. I'm due an upgrade in April next year but want to go with talk talk as miles cheaper. Will this have a negative impact on my credit score? I'm planning on buying a house in the next 5/6 years and need my credit rating to be good. Is it worth keeping the vodaphone contract so I've got a long credit agreement on my file or am I ok to swap to talk talk? I've got 2 other long credit agreements in the green I'll ve keeping. Just wondered what was best? It would save me £30 pcm so quite a lot.

A credit search and new account is not going to have any effect on a mortgage application 5-6 years away. It might have a temporary effect (which is why people recommend not to apply for new credit 3-6 months before a mortgage).

Go for it, save yourself money and in 5 years time youll have talk talk always paid on time and a successfully settled old mobile account too.
