No experience of them, but I see they are just another supplier/installer of solar panels

For year ending March 2014 they were about £750,000 in debt, up from about £300,000 in debt from previous year.
The company is controlled by Apple Group Holdings Limited (Reg. No. 06496989)
A constructions holding company, previously principly the manufacture, sale & installation of windows, doors & conservatories.
The ultimate controlling party is an individual by virtue of his majority shareholding in Apple Group Holdings Limited. There is one other shareholder (another individual) who owns half as many shares as the majority shareholder.
For y/e March 2014, the Group recorded a loss of almost £100,000 from a recorded profit the previous year of over £800,000
Annual t/o over each of the years was approx £23m
The other active companies are Apple Panels Limited (manufacture & installation of windows doors & conservatories) and Larkin Windows Limited (selling of double glazing products)
The controlling individual also has controlling interests in other companies including Hilldonia Builders Limited.0
