Barclays closing accounts for Cypriots

Hi all,
My mum is a an expat living in Cyprus, she has recieved a letter from Barclays informing her that they will be closing her UK account in September unless she depoits £100k.
Sadly, she doesn't have this level of savings to deposit.
She is looking for a new sterling account that her pension can be paid into that doesn't require her to have a minimum balance, that she doesn't need to open in person and doesn't require a UK address (however she could use my address if needed).
My current research has ruled out HSBC as they require £60k min balance and Lloyds who require a min of £50k.
Does anyone know any banks that would be able to help?

Sorry to hear that. My Mum lives in Cyprus and has said this has happened to some of her friends.
