car repair by insurance company DODGY

three months ago i had a smash in my car phoned insurance no problem they pick it up and took it to local dealer repaired it £3500 of damage. Today i put it in for mot mechanic tell me it will fail, due to various things not being repaired after the accident, who do i complain to garage or insurance company how do i stand being three months down the line damage is all underneath the car so out of sight appreciate any advice.:confused:

    Phone up the insurance company they choose the repairer and paid for the repair. Lets know how you get on! normally it would go for an independent inspection and if its as the mot mechanic says the insurance company in my opinion is obligated to repair the car correctly.
