Parking Eye Parking Charge Notice

Options
Good Morning

I am looking for some help please. Yesterday i received a Parking Eye Parking Charge Notice for parking in my local hospital last week. It is an automated CCTV system.

My issue is that I actually did pay for the parking -over the phone. I have records of the phone call and the charge was debited from my account. They require proof of this so I am sending a copy of my bank statement. However as I don't have online banking i have to pay £3.00 for the copy of the bank statement to prove I have paid the £2.40 fee! Also the postage to appeal is 64p so essentially i am paying £3.64 to prove I have paid £2.40.

Am I within my rights to ask them to reimburse me the same on reply?

thanks
Leah

    2 things to do:
