    Advice for Scotland is to ignore. If you have paid, then yes you can go to court to get your money back. It would be a slam dunk if you were not the driver.

    As above, why would you challenge the parking company in Scotland, and even if you did, there are a lot more than two appeal points. Not the best advice from a legal professional as far as I can tell.
