Smart Parking PCN - Company Car

Options
HI All,

Hoping for some good advice on this one.

I today received a PCN via my company from Smart Parking ref an overstay on an ASDA carpark (approx 3.5 minutes over the 2 hour limit)

Normally I would file this in the appropriate 'place', however as I was in a company car I'm a little unsure of how best to deal with it.

The car is assigned to me and therefore can be no dispute as to who was driving it.

I don't want to be in a situation whereby all correspondence continues to be sent to my company, but I clearly don't want to pay it , particularly for such a minor overstay based on their car park terms.

Any useful advice gratefully received.

many thanks

the best advice is all in the NEWBIES sticky thread, surprised you have not read it

as for who was driving, you are talking out the back of your la la la , lol ;)

I could have been driving it , as could dozens of people on here

you are the KEEPER, but nobody knows who was driving it, except maybe you !

yes they know who the keeper (hirer) is , leave it that way, as keeper of the vehicle

so this you keep quiet , and send in the appeal rtemplate to the PPC at the approriate time as detialed in that NEWBIES sticky thread

and please, stop making assumptions , think of this as A B C

    ASSUME - nothing
    BELIEVE - nobody
    CHALLENGE - everything

so I am sure you are incorrect and I was driving it at the time , lol ;)
