Do Extra Energy report to CRAs?

Does anybody know if Extra Energy reports to CRAs?
I'm in quite a lot of credit due to a high original estimate, and they have failed to send out a bill or adjust the direct debit. I want to cancel the direct debit until they can produce a bill for me, as I've probably paid enough to get me to the end of my contract with them, but wonder if they report to CRAs.
