Appealing for income support?

You don't want to get into debt with a student loan? What do you think other students do - they work, they take out loans and they manage with public transport. I'm not sure why you think you should be an exception.
I'm not saying I should be an exeption, I am just curious as to whether there was something else I could be getting.
I have friends who were claiming income support (when they weren't really entitled to it) for over 10 years whilst I was working for 16 years, so I have nothing against working. I'm just trying to better myself and it doesn't seem fair that the government take it off some people and give it to other people who are capable of working and can't be bothered.0
