Double glazing problem

Options
May 2013 i had to replace my faulty patio doors and made the decision to replace them with UPVC french doors. When they came to do the final measurements i was asked if i wanted low threshold (had never heard of this) which consisted of a rubber seal in a track instead of the usual UPvc you had to step over. The doors are smaller in height than usual (i frequently bumped my head when stepping over the tracking for patio doors) so this sounded ideal and went ahead with this type. Everything went smoothly when they were fitted and whilst i cannot fault them for turning up each time i phone with a fault i am begining to get fed up with the repeated faults.
At the end of the 1st year may 2014 i called them out because the doors were leaking plus the rubber seal had small bits breaking off. They adjusted the doors and replaced the seal.
Within 10 months that seal had a 2" split (i have never stepped on the seal so can only assume it was the opening/shutting of door which caused this) so they replaced it in march 2015.
Less than 2 months later the doors leaked badly one night and i realised the seal had shrunk over an inch. So another new seal fitted in may.
4th July woke up to find 3 different leaks at the doors and phoned them on the 6th to report this and the doors needed adjusted. Was told somebody would be out the next day. I received a call on the 7th telling me waste of time them coming to do a report (they send someone out to do a report before the send fix team) they wanted a manager to come and inspect the doors as this should not be happening. Heard nothing for 10 days and eventually i phoned them and was told a manager would be out today 21st.
Only they didnt send a manager they sent 2 of their workers and i told him since my telephone call the seal had again started to shrink. He didnt have any replacement seals in his van and his solution was to put a blob of sealant at both ends of the seal. Then said keep an eye on it and i'll pop in next time i am passing with new seal...... Then left.
Not happy at this i telephoned the company and asked to speak to a manager but none were available. Within an hour however one turned up at my house.
Apparently he had never know any seals to split or shrink (previous employees told me they were using a different seal now because of problems). He would get in touch with manufacturer and they were thinking about superglueing the seal into the track to stop it shrinking! I said i wasn't happy that this was now going to be the 4th replacement seal in 2yrs, 3 of which were going to be done in a space of 4 months. Were they going to just keep going to replace the seals or would they ever in fact admit the low threshold door was rubbish and replace with normal type. He didnt reply.

Can anybody tell me my rights here? Do i have to just keep on accepting replacement seals for the next 8yrs? Would i be within my rights to ask them to replace the doors because they are not fit for purpose?
Has anybody else experienced this?
Thanks

Can you post a link to picture of the door seals in question?

This is how door looks, they arrived today and fitted yet another seal, didn't glue it in place. The fitter said the last 2 were probably cut the length of the track and should have been slightly longer then squeezed in. Told him this was the last they were fitting if this failed i wanted something else done and according to him they would be able to change the bit along the bottom to be same as a normal upvc door. However after he left i noticed the seal is sagging in the middle and does not appear to be as tight a seal when doors closed. Doubt i will have long to wait for rain to test this.
I want to know my rights though so they do not just fob me off with any more repairs.
