Multiple Accounts like ING

These days ING's rates stink and I headed for the exit ages ago.
But there is one useful feature that they had which was hte ability to subdivide your account into up to 10 separate sub accounts at no extra cost and with no extra hassle.
Do any of the current good rate instant access internet savings accounts do this? I know for a fact that Icesave doesn't (which is where my money went after ING's rates started heading south).
