    Actually yes.

    WBAC bid significantly below trade value, and then try to chip you back from there when they see the car.

    Their margins arent big but auction price "tends" to be below trade price, and WBAC will be significantly below that.

    Have you got a copy of the HPi report?

    I once got stopped by the Police for being in a stolen car. After lots of grumbling and phone calls by them it turned out that the car had been broken into and items stolen. The dimwit insurance company had logged it as the car beibng stolen.
