Hi all,
I just checked my Barclay's bank statement and noticed £0.99 taken without permission by Routhwell Finance Ltd on 15th July 2015.
It's not the amount that's infuriated me, it's the principle. I have never applied or dealt with this company ever.
I found out ROUTHWELL FINANCE is a broker, not a lender and they charge £68 for showing a list of more scam brokers.
There's no valid email address on their website to complain and I'd rather not call and earn them more money.
So, what can I do to report them?
Thanks in advance,
Ned.

If its fraud complain to your bank .
But how did they take this payment and have your bank details in the first place .0 -
I cancelled my card immediately, just need to call them now.
To be honest, I have no idea. I only use it for direct debits.0 -
So, a company just "guesses" your bank card details and decides to try a 99p transaction? ........
Hmmmm0 -
So you mean you've been looking for a loan and some of the brokers are charging an admin fee for this and you gave them your card details0
