Post on Pepipoo, they are experts on Council Tickets and the Traffic Management Act.

I recently appealed a Council ticket on Feb 17th, and received a letter yesterday stating that as the Council had timed out on issuing a Notice to Keeper (effectively rejecting my initial appeal) as per Traffic Management Act then my ticket had been cancelled. I wasn't aware of any time restrictions on responding to/rejecting initial appeals, but maybe there is.

    The Pepipoo folk will know.
