    Agree it's shocking that organisations can get away with this sort of hiring & firing policy which is bound to be tied up with not employing people for long enough continuously to have to give them any rights or a proper contract. Makes me long for the unionized Britain of yesteryear.
    2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
    2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
    Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!

    Another late night post for me

    ~ DD1 went sisters for the day, so free childcare and meals for me
    ~ Yellow sticker pizza for my tea tonight, as only me to cook for
    ~ sister has been round this evening for a little while, so free socializing
    ~ Lifts to and from work today (luckyme)
    ~ £2 in tips so need to pop that in the pot
    ~ Budget adjusted so will be back to normal from next week
    ~ extremly quiet in work today, worst ive ever done

    thats it for today a very quiet one. lots of jobs to do tomorrow to catch up on all housy jobs
