Faulty Laptop - seller refusing to allow return for repair

Options
Hi,

bought an expensive (£400+) laptop from Ebay (never again!). When it arrived at end of March it was faulty - emailed seller to say I was going way on holiday, and they told me to get in touch when I got back.

Unfortunately after the holiday my life got very busy very quickly, including moving house, and so the laptop issue didn't get addressed again until end of June (I know, I know!). I figured I would still be okay due to Sale of Goods Act, however seller is now ignoring emails.

Raised a paypal claim requesting laptop be returned for repair or refunded, but this was rejected. I know I still have rights under SOGA, but not sure how best to exercise them? Seller is a business (username is a Ltd company), but at present all I have for them is an email address and they are ignoring all correspondence.

The laptop has been barely used (I can count on one hand the number of times I have used it since it was bought) due to the fault (won't reliably turn on - sometimes, even when it's plugged in, it acts as if the battery is totally dead).

Any suggestions?
