Hi and thanks for reading..
Very quick question... I am the registered keeper, my son was driving on the day.. He parked in a car park managed by these people.. It used to be 2 hours free till a few months ago.. Now its pay and display. Anyway he parked for 5 hours without buying a ticket. So now I have a PCN to deal with, no windscreen ticket, just a numberplate pic on entry and leaving. Whats the chance they will just give up if ignore all letters? What is the best course of action? Bearing in mind he was/is a plonker, has no income so its me that will have to pay.
Thanks..

its not a fine , its a speculative invoice
nobody can predict the future, so assume they have 6 years to chase the RK (you) through the courts if necessary , so better that the RK appeals the case to the PPC and then to popla , otherwise its 6 years of debt collector letters and looking over your shoulder waiting for an LBC or MCOL in the post
please read the NEWBIES sticky thread
so bear in mind that ignoring can lead to one or two or even three court cases (like Barry Beavis this thursday in the Supreme Court)
this is why

Read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES at the top of the page and appeal as keeper using the template. Do not edit it, send it exactly as it is.
Do not ignore, do not pay, do not reveal who was driving, do not miss the appeal deadline.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
"these" people were bought in by someone, to manage that car park on their behalf, that soeone is responsible for the actions of its agents give that someone a proverbial kick up the backsideFrom the Plain Language Commission:

SalopLad Euro are easy to beat at POPLA so appeal to them and get a POPLA code.
Where is the car park?0 -
Appreciate this isn't data from the private car parks. Worcester . gov made half a million quid from PCNs last year. Tried to post a link to the report but as a newbie I cant.0
