We also pointed out the radiator in one of the bedroom was not working properly and too small for the room.

First of all they agreed to supply and fit the electric spur socket free of charge and then agreed to replace radiator and fit a thermostat free of charge.

We then decided to go for their Hive system for controlling water and heating and normally was £249 but agreed to charge us £159.00.

Even though the electrical socket and new radiator was not really covered under the Home care agreement I think they have looked after us very well.

Also the guys that came were brilliant and I definitely do not consider I have been ripped off despite what some posters may say about British Gas.
