• The prize for the Promotion consists of the following: a £1,000 holiday voucher with Travel Bag. The voucher will only be valid for one year from date of issue. it can only be used for a booking made in person in one of the Travelbag.co.uk shops, or over the phone. Full redemption details will be given to the winner.
• Not open to staff members of the Stella Travel group.
• To enter this Promotion you must be: (a) a resident of the United Kingdom; and (b) aged 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
• You can enter this Promotion by answering the multiple choice question at www.panmacmillan.com/holiday
• Only one entry per eligible person. Multiple entries will be deemed to be invalid and may lead to disqualification.
• Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Promoter by the closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. No other form of entry is permitted.
• By entering the competition you give Travelbag.co.uk permission to use your entry for Marketing purposes. This includes including but not limited to announcing the winners name and rights to image or video use.
• Competition closes midnight 14th September 2015. The winner will be selected on the 15th September 2015. The prizes shall be awarded as follows: a winner will be selected from the correctly answered entries at random via a randomised computer selection.
• The winner of the Promotion shall be notified as follows: by email within 5 working days of being selected.
• The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 10 working days and may be required to complete and return an eligibility form stating their age and residency details, among other details. Promoter will endeavour to ensure that winner(s) receive their prizes within 30 days of the date they confirm acceptance of the prize. The voucher will be delivered by post along with full detail of redemption. If a winner does not accept the prize within 10 working days of being notified, they will forfeit their prize and Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner. Promoter’s decision is final and Promoter reserves the right not to correspond on any matter.
• You can find out who has won a prize by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to FAO Marketing Dpt. Pan Macmillan Publishers, 20 New Wharf Road, N1 9RR 30 days after the closing date.
• Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions or change the Prize (to one of equal or greater value) as required by the circumstances. No cash equivalent to the Prize is available. The prize is not transferable.

In chrome, it says 'Please include an @ in the email address' (i have) and in FF it asks for an email address to sign up to the newsletter, ignoring the competition post completely!!!

Same for me in Chrome not submitting - it wants an extra e-mail address in the mailing list sign up to the right and will then submit!

I had the same problem as you all did with the @ or no email address.
I then used the IE extension in Chrome (same problem), but then as well as entering the competition, I signed up for the newsletter and then hit enter - all good!

Just worked for me (without signing up for newsletter) using Safari on iPad
