New vista survey co

Anyone doing New Vista surveys, be aware that, like so many other survey companies this year who think merging is the way forward, they have sadly merged with Toluna and the survey availability is rubbish. New Vista used to be trustworthy and reliable....since this merge, the surveys are infrequent and screening our seems to be a natural process unlike the original New Vista site. :mad:One Poll is the same. Many members already have a sizeable cash build up in these accounts but where the surveys are not arriving or the companies, like One Poll are paying 10p (yes, 10p ):eek: for a survey, building up to £50 in New Vista or 20 in One Poll may take some time.I know some people will argue that they do surveys for fun..well good luck with that, some of us have no choice but to try and earn where we can and now another option has just been minimised

Is there a Consumer Rights issue you would like help with, or would this thread be better on the Praise, Vents and Warnings board?

Probably praise, vents and warnings. The actual New Vista site has done nothing wrong (so far) other than be annoying in the way they are now running it but that is their choice and their boundaries. It is only to let people know. So many survey companies are now doing this, all since the beginning of the year, so I suspect there is some legal activity going on behind the scenes with these firms
