Prestige Flowers: What a waste of time!

I totally agree. my poor friend is suffering from breast cancer and had just come out of hospital after horrific surgery. I ordered a bouquet of roses to be delivered with a very touching and personal message from me and my children. not only was the message not included but they were left on the doorstep to die in this heat. my friend didn't even know who they were from and contacted prestige to find out. I am so disappointed so I emailed the company asking for another bouquet of flowers or a substantial voucher to get my friend another order.
they replied "they are sorry but they could only refund me 50p for the cost of the missing card and 5% voucher on another order" I emailed back several times to say this was unacceptable but it seemed that they were sending me the same email back offering me the refund of 50p and 5% discount.
I AM DISGUSTED IN THIS SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

Will never use their services again. Ordered a £55 bouquet of flowers to be delivered on the day. Flowers did not arrive, no calling card left - called the company for a refund and they claim that that they have proof the courier attempted delivery and no refund will be given instead delivery can be re-arranged for 4 days later!! The event has passed and I no longer need the flowers - absolutely shocking customer service, I am surprised they have any customers left at this rate...AVOID!
