Hi All
I have read many of your posts and found it very helpful,
I wanted to share the below that has just been sent to me, The driver of my car has overstayed at riverside retail park in warrington since then i have been moving etc and they seem to have tracked me and got my new address details as the keeper and have posted it to my house demanding £160
I am unable to appeal this now as both debt recovery plus and uk parking controls websites state the time has passed however it does show pictures of the car not where the car was or what it was doing but acording to there times it was parked for 10 minutes longer than what the say is free,
Please note this is the 1st i have seen or heard about this, are they allowed to go striage to debt recovery?
appreciate any help

yes they are, and if you are past the appeal times there is nothing you can do
they have 6 years to chase an unpaid invoice, which is what they are trying to do
post #4 of the NEWBIES sticky thread tells you about debt collectors, who are powerless , so IGNORE them, including DRP
you could name the driver with a serviceable address to the PPC (not DRP) and absolve yourself under POFA2012 , this would restart the process with the PPC chasing the driver0 -
Thanks
I have read alot of posts but getting myself confused and all worked up
I have never had any initial letter just this from debt recovery plus! How on earth they justify 160 is beyond me
I was just worrying if i ignore it what would happen0
