That was fair enough imo - as they had done the work to sell the place (advertising/photos/viewings/dealing with a "hiccup" that came up in the process).
So if you have to pull out from your sale due to some unforeseen circumstances, you still have to pay a percentage of the house you did not sell, to the EA? Sounds like a nightmare.0 -
I don't understand why people wouldn't negotiate these clauses?
The EA needs the 'stock' to sell. The terms therefore are up for grabs, unless it's a single agency town.0
