Should I replace plasterboard?

Hi Guys - looking for some advice please?
Can anybody tell me: should I get plasterboard replaced if there has been leak behind there for period of time?
I have had three bad sinus infections and an ear infection this year. Could that be due to mould or damp...or am I just being a hypochondriac? I never had these issues with ENT ever - now this year I had a lot of issues and been on antibiotic courses.
Would you recommend to rip out and start again or put some kind of treatment on it and paint over?
Thanks

The condition of the plasterboard will determine that, is it bubbled, distorted or damp to the touch? If not and you have found and fixed the source of the leak, it seems like it has dried out.0

Hi Le_Kirk,
The leak is on-going, hence my concerns about mould and such like. There are black bits of debris running down wall from gutter or something when it rains. The plaster is as you say, bubbled and distorted. So, you reckon rip it out once leak sorted?0
