Debt recovery plus letter

Hi,

i have received a DRP letter after 3 months from appealing on the appeal form online.
I was never contacted after appealing online and now all of a sudden, this letter has come home. They never even acknowledge they received it. Now they are saying that they have been instructed by Parking Control Management to obtain payment and that despite several previous requests for payment that i have failed to respond. Confused since I never received any letter.

My fine was that i was parked outside a marked bay but the evidence viewed showed that i was in the car within 2 minutes. I literally got out of the car, crossed road and asked the staff in Tesco if the selling Ibrofen for kids since my son was unwell. Tesco floor Staff said no and i returned back to my car.
The snaps was taken by a gentleman outside Hayes station and he knew I was just there.

When initial letter came on my partners name, i appealed online stating I was driving it and also that i was just in my car within 2 minutes.

Other threads mentioned to IGNORE these DRP letters. Do I still ignore in my case?

the NEWBIES sticky thread explains everything, post #4 tells you about debt collectors and IGNORING them

complain to the BPA and enclose copies of all paperwork and a timeline (post #6 of the NEWBIES sticky thread) and state no rejection or popla code was ever received

plus, its a speculative invoice , not a fine

you have not named the parking company , was it one that you had to appeal via PCS website using this form? http://www.parkingcsl.co.uk/appeals/form.php


if so , the original parking co never actually so your appeal , please remember that PCS , DR+ and later leters from zenith are all the same company
