Hi,
I have read the newbie thread a few times now. I cannot see what section of it applies to where I am at with my 'invoice' from UKPC.
I have appealed, they have rejected and they wish me to send evidence of using the facilities... and I do have evidence.
Should I send the evidence? Photocopies of it? And also ask (again) for POPLA?
I have no clue what to do now.

Send copies not originals. Scan and email or send from a post office first class with free certificate of posting, NOT recorded delivery. Never 'phone a PPC and never let on who was driving.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
