Unfair Redundancy Risk. URGENT

Hi,
I have just been told that I am at risk of redundancy and am concerned that I might have been treated unfairly. I got a new boss at the end of February and very quickly our relationship deteriorated. He has spent the last 2+ months telling me that it's not been working out between us during one to ones, as I am not proactive enough for him. However, he has cut me out of all planning and strategy meetings for the last 2 months, making it impossible for me to know what I am supposed to be doing. During this time he has continually told me he will support me to find something I want to do in the company, but I now find that my role is going to be made redundant.
My concerns are that I am the only person being made redundant and that I feel the redundancy is more a way to remove me from the organisation than it is to make the department more streamlined.
I have the first of my consultation meetings on Tuesday morning and want to understand how best to proceed with this. I have been feeling depressed and anxious and am going to visit the doctor tomorrow evening, but want to know if I should mention this now, or file a grievance with the company before the first meeting, or wait to go through the process and if I am made redundant, appeal it and bring my concerns then.
Any guidance you can provide would be great.
Thanks,

I would definitely raise a grievance NOW about your exclusion from planning and strategy meetings. How are you supposed to do your job otherwise?Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
