Damaged fridge freezer on delivery

Just had an American fridge freezer damaged on delivery, but not sure where I stand. They couldn't get it through the door in the box, so had to take it out of the box to get it in. They said something like if it gets damaged after taking it out of the box it's on me. Unfortunately they scraped it down one side and dented one of the doors. I said I didn't want to keep it as the damage is clearly visible but they refused to take it away. They couldn't get it installed so have made another appointment for someone to come and take the doors off to get it into the kitchen. Do you think they are right and I am stuck with damaged goods or do you think Currys will replace? I don't see why they didn't send trained installers who could've took the doors off in the first place.

Just phone up, say it was damaged while they delivered it.
What make and model?
It may have been one delivered by the manufacturer instead of KnowHow, hence why they were being a bunch of sods.0 -
I'll give them a call tomorrow and see how it goes. Feeling a bit down about it at the moment.0

Nothing to worry abt, things are bound to get better by and by.Men talk of killing time, while time quietly kills them.0
