have you checked they are real with the court website ?

If So you MUST ONLY deal directly with the court or you will get a CCJ.

You have two choices, if they are real, file a defence or pay what they are asking.
With a good researched defence you have a very good chance of wining the case and claiming £90 in Expenses.

For the 2 issued for parking in YOUR space at your old flat, they stand not a chance of winning {unless your lease stated that parking permits are required}.

assuming you do realise this, then stop writing stuff like the above

take it off the forums, where UKCPS dont have the ability to read what you write

if you need help with writing a defence etc, and cannot D.I.Y. after reading post #5 of the newbies sticky thread, plus the parking pranksters court guides (which I did advise you about in my previous reply above - or did you ignore that reply ?) , then I respectfully suggest you see about paying for somebody to help you with one, like PPAL via the parking cowboys website

I doubt that you will get one for free , gratis (but never say never)

ps:- post #1 needs editing as well, far too much info for joe public to read
