Parking eye ticket at Ilford retail park

Hello fellow members,
My friend has parked my car at this retail park last night from around 9 to 11pm and He thinks he has parked 15 min more than free 2 hour parking. my friend has tried to pay for an extra hour just in case he might have overstayed but the machine does not let him do that. I tried to contact parking eye but they don't have any customer service team. Even the number in their notice board does not have a customer service phone number, only the payment line phone number. I looked at their website but no way of finding any customer service number.
Can you please advice me of what I can do to find out if I will get a penalty notice? Is there a way to contact parking eye? I even tried to find who the owner of the retail park ( which as lidle, farmfoods, fitness first) bud cannot get any info online. Any advice is much appreciated.
