So, cancelled appointment and back to square one
So basically, you're making it hard for yourself. If it's that urgent, either make time, or book an appointment for a more convenient time.
Or, put your hand in your pocket and pay for it to be done by a decent glass place.0 -
Autoglass will come to your workplace, or another address of your choosing.0

I thought their adverts tell you "to get it seen to before it gets worse" kinda thing?
The earliest I could get when booked yesterday was 30th July, that's 8 days away. Hardly any urgency is it?
I'm willing to put my hand in my pocket and pay for it (rather than a claim), but who IS a decent glass place?0 -

In my (albeit limited) experience, anyone other than Autoglass comes fairly high up the list.0 -
Or for the age of car get one from a breakers yard and someone competent to help you fit it.0

I don't drive to work, hence not getting home until 6pm. If they said between 6-8pm, this would have been sorted.
Just thought they'd have been a little more flexible, they obviously don't need the money and have lost me as a customer now. My loss, I know.
They'd have not got to my chosen "other" address between 4-6pm anyway in this town with all the nightmare roadworks and rush hour crawl.....
