Options
Informed on the 22nd June job was at risk of redundancy, yet on the 17th of July was told that I had been made redundant,is this correct? or must the employer wait till the 30 days are up to then confirm I`m redundant?
Thanks in advance.

There is no requirement for extended consultaion when only 2 people involved.

If they said 30 days then they probably should not put you on notice till the time they said is up but I think they can change their minds and conclude the consultation if it is clear it it has finished.

If you think there is more you can say or do to try and change the situation then keep consulting.
