Late payment?

I have a late payment on my credit file but I have no idea who it's with, the only thing it says is communications supplier! If that means telephones etc I won't ever of had a late payment because all of those types of bills are set up on dd, it also says my account was closed the month after! Is there any way I can check who this is, I'm looking to get a new mortgage next year and this late payment won't clear till 2017!

The provider of the credit report will be able to tell you who the "communications supplier" is.0

Late payments to mobile phone companies are usually ignored so don't worry too much about it. It's quite old anyway. Late payments over a year old are ignored too.:footie:
