Once you have the app and have registered your details on it, you press 'My Offers', then 'Offers just for me', then 'my latest offers' and 'Points Millionaire' should be in the list of offers there. At least that's how mine worked.

I have an ipad and it is not downloading. I have a pc and google has a drop down thing where the only alternative is something Samsung. I have no Samsung anything except for my printer so I can't understand where it links with this Samsung. In any case on the pc app says install BUT I can't enter the application ...

According to the T&Cs and the FAQ you don't have to download the app you can enter via the website

Access the online version of 'My offers' on boots.com. You'll be asked to log-in if you are a returning visitor or register if you are a new customer. You'll need to enter your Boots Advantage Card details if you're registering for the first time
