Halifax lost my money

Well, after emailing CEO I finally got the money- they refunded the lot and a goodwill gesture of £75.00 to my current account. The branch manager and area director will get feedback. I was hoping for a slightly higher goodwill gesture offer, but just relieved I got the money back so can get HMRC off my back.
The bottom line- write to the CEO office if you want things sorted ASAP.0
